Directions: Please note that in each sealed envelope there are two patches, one for each breast. Open the package carefully using a pair of scissors. Gently remove the cellophane from one side a patch. Place the sticky side of the patch directly onto the skin. To maintain proper placement it is suggested that a bra be worn over the patch.
